Boy is it a bit taters out there now the suns gone down. Missus has been out to collect her new meds from the hospital as they're not in pharmacies yet
she called back in town to get two big Ham shanks 3 quid each & some dried peas for pea & ham soup

I made a mild chilli con carne with rice for tea tonight.

Managed to cut the grass, boy was it chilly out there, lit a couple of fires in the house this eve, it's nice and toasty now.

Cool

Morning everyone.

What a beautiful sunrise.

I’ll be paying my respects at the war memorial here in Saltash at 11.00.

Banana will need a wash n polish later on.

Good morning everyone, good morning Bob,

Thank you for the reminder about the war memorial today and thank you Paul for reverting to the Poppy Banner as a mark of respect.

Yesterday the hospital bed, Zimmer frame, crutches and raised toilet seat was collected and today I am finding a home for the wheelchair as it is no longer needed.

It’s a beautiful day here although chilly.

Have fun attending to Banana, how rewarding.

Yeah done with yellow split peas is very good too , I just prefer marrowfat peas.
I've had the ham shanks soaking overnight to let the salt leach out of them before I roast them then I shred the meat into freezer bags & use it as & when I need it. Smells bootiful in here

Great news Phil that the equipment is moving out as it shows your progress, well done,
