Errrmmm you can upload directly, you have always been able to, just that most people don't know how.

[QUOTE=maxi_crawf;2659278]I use my laptop to go on here but if I want to post pics I use tapatalk, I don't know how or why it works but it does. [/

No problem accessing the site I can access it fine even through my Gas meter.
The problem is accessing posts with blacked out images and being able to simply upload images from my computer (devices. Phone, Tablet, PC)

I did say 2 years ago, I've been saying it for years, I finally did a how to earlier this year.

I believe there are also other methods, which will show up with a forum search.

That works on a computer but no use on an iPad. I don’t even own a computer these days and haven’t for years as I never used it

Agreed, using this method on Android results in a very low res thumbnail. It won't allow a decent sized photo to be uploaded.
Having seen many mentions of Tapatalk, I have just downloaded the app, and this is my first attempt at a photo upload

Well, that was soooooo easy. Not 100% sure about the Tapatalk layout compared to the standard browser, but for uploading photos, it's perfect. Would advise anyone who uses mobile or tablet for the forum to use Tapatalk, I've got the free version, seems to be fine, guess the paid one gets rid of the adverts.
Oh, sorry about the quality of the photo, the camera on my cheap Chinese tablet isn't the best, and the light is appalling today. And the car hasn't been washed.

Very odd, works OK on my iPad and Tab s2. Just have to point it at the right image file, resolution comes out OK and no silly thumbnails either.

Would someone please post an 'idiot-proof' how to

Forget the Photobucket links, use Imgur or another hosting site, dead easy
