Default 75 tourer lower side window trim clips

Hi good people, does anyone know the part number and where they can be obtained for the lower side window trim clips on a 75 Tourer please? These are the ones that hold the lower chrome trim just behind the rear door and under the rear rear side window in the Tourer/estate. Any directions much appreciated before I lose the trim!!!

A good idea to put a blob of silicon when fitting as these are known to leak
