Animal Wellfare
Future international trade deals struck by the UK could see imports like chlorine-washed chicken or hormone-treated beef undercutting British animal welfare standards. If you live in the UK, please could you take action, urgently, today?
I’ve asked my MP to help protect UK animal welfare standards in future trade deals. The House of Commons will be voting on the new Agriculture Bill on 12 October. Please will you join me, before it’s too late? Visit https://action.ciwf.org.uk/page/6703..._medium=shared to email your MP now. Thanks!

Done.
And since farming is all around us it'll be interesting to see how our MP votes. Particularly as they have a big majority and wanted to overturn the fox hunting ban because hunting is part of the rural way of life and it supports local businesses and jobs. The thought of meat needing to be chlorine washed because of the poor standards.... no thank you!
