Default The only thing to do once you buy a new car..

I spent the entire day cleaning, polishing and interior detailing my new pride and joy.. Only waited 15 years to finally own one and I must say she's a beauty. If I knew how to upload photos here I would !!

Picked up a replacement bottle of argon, then hoofed over to see 2Diesels after repairing a VDO tachograph programmer, then got around to fitting the new flexi to the exhaust......

Now that should be gas tight

What I will say to north east owners, if you are thinking of having a stainless exhaust made, I would avoid Longlife in Ashington, let's just say ostrich poop would be an apt description of the welding connecting the pipe attached to the sport cat compare the amateur welding of the flexi to that of the "professional" welding below it

That is why I didn't bother to transfer the lifetime warranty, and chose to fix it myself

Default Renamed :What I tried to do with my Rover 75/MG ZT

Took the boot lock apart to rectify the "spinning key" fault but to no avail.

Tried to locate the cruise control switch and fix but not couldnt get it to work

Tried to fix the drivers door "unlock" action via remote and failed miserably...

frustrating day!!

The same here /no toothpaste /. Just order Rick`s headlight mod/s and when open it - polish. The DIY difference will cover the spend
I will do this for shure when my halo rings arrived.
Can`t wait...

Guess who couldn't find his T20 security Torx bit

On the plus side, the rest is now a lovely shade of walnut, including the steering wheel, and the light oak is almost cosigned to history.

Mmmm, walnut
