Default Anyone know where this loom might go please?

Hi all, 04 plate ZT, have noticed today when in and around the BCM/fusebox area that I have what is seemingly either a disconnected or spare loom?

It looks fairly important, found it draped across the fusebox but I can't find where it goes, it's a 12 pin connector with what looks like CAN wiring going into it too.

I've pulled down the BCM expecting it to be disconnected from there as it comes down from the same loom branch but it wasn't to be.

As I'm having remote central locking issues I wondered if this might be something to do with it.

I've taken pictures but can't work out how to attach them on here?

If it has a fly-over latch attached to the plug, it is most likely for a cruise control module which may or may not be fitted to your vehicle.

Hope this helps solve the mystery !

It does! A grey locking latch similar to the one plugged into the BCM.

That's great thanks, it's a spare then, chuffed to know but also disappointed it won't fix my RCL fault.

Does this mean if I fancied cruise all I'd need is a module and switch?

It's an 04 plate CDTi by the way.
