I remember doing the "Black Car Shuffle" on several occasions, to manoeuvre limos and hearses around churches and graveyards in rural Norfolk and Suffolk, that were originally built for "handcart" hearses! One hilly graveyard in Beccles has a reputation for removing the exhausts from long wheelbase vehicles. It makes it a noisy exit when that happens!
