Locking wheel nut socket
Guys and idea where i can get a locking nut socket from with four lugs. Mine was in the 75 but cant find it now anywhere

Sounds like a McGuard, when you get one, throw the damn things in the bin & fit normal bolts

Four lugs They were supplied with either the earlier MGR locking nuts or later McGard.

Help, Please.
Anyone local to Portsmouth have a locking wheel nut socket I can borrow. I think it's the 11 spline verioon -tried the 12 and it didn't fit.

i think they are crook lock ones my ztt had them the holes elongate in service rendering the removal tool as useless .screwfix bolt removers get them off to throw in the bin

I've just had to have 3 of mine removed at the garage because the socket rounded off, these were the four leaf clover design. They welded some normal bolts on and removed them that way. Cost £48 for an hours labour. I was tempted to buy a spare socket but couldn't be bothered wa\sting the money in case the new socket rounded off as well
I've put my old set back on the car, of which there is only 3 locking bolts they are the spline type. |
