Yes they would, most of the zt/75,s steering controls are infra-red remote controls,if you already have a single din fitted,you can normally check the big like lip above the stereo and in one of the little holes in the lip you should see a small type led infra-red sensor, mine is on the left. there is somewhere on the forum a how to check it but i am unable to find it, hopefully someone will come along and point you in the right direction to it.That is if the sensor is still there and no one removed it before you got the car.
