Default 2.5l Driveshaft Joint

Getting help with drivetrain vibration/knocking on my 2005 Rover 75 2.5l KV6 manual and may need the following:

"(Inner) 2.5l driveshaft joint (drivers side); (bearing inboard appears ok)"
If not sourced new is there second-hand (breakers) or specialist reconditioning available

and
"Inner CV joint (for 2.5 manual)"

Grateful for any advice on where I could try to to find.

Have you tried Rimmer Brothers?

Is it the o/s and so longer driveshaft and the driveshaft support bracket bearing you are concerned about?

If so, when I looked at this for my CDTi the Rimmer part was very expensive indeed and this link to retrorides says about making one up for a 1.8 Rover 75. The story is something like bearing is available very cheaply eg £20ish from a bearing supplier as it us used as bearing (possibly a wheel bearing) on a Japanese car but then someone has to place/fix it at the right spot on the Rover 75 driveshaft.

I fitted a s/h driveshaft but I soaked that support bearing in engine oil and kept working/spinning the bearing for a long time before fitting. To make sure it was good and covered in oil.

Rimmers this morning confirm they don't have driveshaft joints for the 2.5l kV6 manual.

Is it worth asking which similar parts may fit?

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/162669672...Condition=1000

would anyone know if this type of part fits? -

Still trying to source an inner driveshaft joint (driver's side) for 2.5l KV6 manual.

Issue with the car has definitely now been pinpointed to this (there are pics!).
