75/ZT tool kit
Hi all
I bought myself a ZT-T in April and so far I'm loving it! Just sorting through a few of the 'new car niggles', one of which is that the car is missing some of its tool kit - namely the jack & wheelbrace. I've had a scour of ebay and 75/ZT kits seem thin on the ground, but there's a relative abundance of 25/ZR & 45/ZS kits about which look like they're the same. The question is, will these be suitable? It's no good having a jack if its not strong enough to lift the car. Love the forum BTW I've already picked up valuable info like checking the plenum drains that I would never have thought to look at otherwise. I'll be sorting out subscription asap! |

Welcome to the club mate!
Keep checking ebay or visit a breakers as the Rover 75 spare wheel does fit the ZT and ZT-T |

Thanks very much!
I managed to source an 18" straights alloy from fleabay for use as a spare, so I'm ok on that front (don't think a can of tyre weld is sufficient really and would rather have another alloy than a spacesaver). Any idea whether ZR or ZS jacks are up to the job of lifting a ZT-T? Or whether they're the same as the ZT ones? |
