Default A Great service from Jules.

Coming back from Liverpool Airport yesterday I had the dreaded fan problem which would now only run on Full speed,
and kept cutting in,
it has been in service for 124,000 Miles so that is a very good service for original resistor.
The Engine on slowing down in a horrendous Traffic Jam cut out with the warning Low Oil Pressure.
The car started again perfectly but this happened a few times.
Once back on open road no more problems other than fan.

I phoned up Jules last Night (Sunday) and he said pop it over at lunchtime today,
which I did and had lunch in the local Wetherspoons (very nice).
it was indeed the Resistor completely open circuit.
He fitted one of his new heavy weight Jobs refitted bumper and tested everything and all running fine.
No problems with engine cutting out anymore and no error codes logged.

I would just like to thank Jules for a speedy and very efficient service.

Right a couple of hours break and then back to work for another 12 hour shift.
...........and Yes he had Chocolate biscuits and coffee at the ready.

Thanks chaps.
On the subject of cooling fans I'm starting to push the Kenlowe option for members now!

Especially the old 3 speed owners who need a new complete fan.
£375 fitted. Same day service if you get here by 11am

Also coming soon, "we come to you service."
Prices will be as quoted PLUS 95p per mile from my LL29 post code

Kenlowe have been established for decades & work extremely well retaining the original ECU intelligence, the way we wire them

Other advantages include:
  • Quieter operation
  • Longer life than OEM
  • Less energy usage
  • 2 year warranty
  • No resistor to fail as it's a true 2 speed motor
  • more than 1 kg lighter in weight

Jules had some chokky bikies!! Good grief! AND coffee!! I am shocked! Woo Hoo.. (someone must have donated them to him..).. heh heh..

I must say that I enjoyed my visit to Jules, I also got lucky and met John.com the same day, as he called in to say "hi".. His car is a peach!

Jules is good company, and lives in a lovely area, so if you can, and you need your car fixing, it is well worth the trip over there to see him.

Having said all that, it would be as well to take a flask of coffee and some biscuits with you on a "just in case" basis..
