Default ZT 190 Drivetrain help!

I have had a problem with changing gears develop on my ZT recently. I have looked at threads regarding the clutch and gearbox but would value somebody else's input.

Problem: Under normal driving the car will not go into any gear!

It will just about go into 1st
The clutch has developed a serious judder
The clutch has absolutely no slippage
The car will change gear gear easily without using the clutch going up and down the gearbox (not through clutch slippage)
The clutch pedal feels normal
This developed from a normal operating clutch and gearbox over the course of a 40 mile journey

I have visually inspected the clutch hydraulics from Master cylinder up to the entry into the slave cylinder, and the bleed nipple, but can see no evidence of a leak.

There doesn't appear to be any signs of leakage around the bell housing.

So.....

I don't think it is a failed cylinder but can they fail with no leakage evident?
I don't think its the gearbox or linkages as it operates in all gears, does that sound logical?
I think it might be the clutch that needs replacing. I had a 2.0 KV6 about 8 years ago which had pretty similar symptoms and it turned out the clutch had disintegrated and was catching/ dragging on the flywheel which caused the baulking gears.

Am I way off base or does my thinking seem right?

NB I know clutches are very difficult to diagnose without dismantling. I am not asking for anyone to diagnose my problem, just to see if I am missing anything obvious.

Thanks in advance
Jamie

Sounds about right - you're one of the lucky few where the clutch plate has been outlived by the hydraulics!

Still - do a 3 part change though - no point putting the old slave cylinder back in.
