Default I've got another one....

TBH, I wasn't looking for another 75. But a friend told me about his Father-in-law's car which was in danger of being weighed in, having sat for a year after he gave up driving. No MOT and a fair few minor issues to sort.

Quite a rare thing; it's a Cowley 2.0 V6 Classic SE. One owner and only 40k from new. Starts on the button and runs sweetly too.

I started on a clean-up yesterday and it's promising

Believe it or not the plenums were bone dry! And a quick wash has revealed that it's very solid.

As we have our Dorchester Red Japanese spec, I'm not looking to do much more than make this one presentable and legal, then pass it on.

Fingers crossed. It drives pretty well. The engine is very smooth. Once I've got the MOT problems sorted, I'll look at getting it cosmetically up together and TBH probably move it on.
