Default Refurbishing parts?

Hi all, I'm fairly sure they're no good, but wondered if anyone can refurbish rear shocks? I replaced mine when I did the rear arms and subframe, though there didn't seem to be any problems with them. I was clearing the garage out today and found the old shocks under a pile of other stuff. Are they only fit for the tip, or could they be of use to someone?

Same with the anti-roll bar, it's rusty and a lot of paint has come off. I replaced it with a new part, but could this be cleaned up and painted and be of use to someone?

I've also got my old subframe I removed, but I can't remove the old upper arms, as the captive nuts have come loose in their fixings. If I can find a way of removing those, someone could probably made use of that.
