IPKs Schematics
Hi All,
Does anyone have schematics or know what the differences are between YAC003850 & YAC003890. I converted the 850 petrol to an 890 diesel and all is good apart from the sounder not working for the reversing sensor. PCB look the same? Any ideas? I can only assume a minor PCB is difference?? Regards Rich |

No differences between them, if the sounder works in one and not the other then its a duff sounder.

Hi Phil,
This IPK was a brand new unit, sealed in box. Was there an issue with sounders? In a way that's good news …. I think. Good to hear from you!! |

Hi Rich, I take it you simply swapped the 93S56 from the old to the new?
There is certainly no other differences between a ZT petrol or diesel version, if you need to see if the KMB sounder is ok, then a quick way is lights on, door open, as the same piezo sounder is used for PDC as lights on warning Brian |

Hi Brian,
That's basically what I did but programmed a new device. Then fitted to new ipk. Screen started playing up on the old one. I have a couple of old units that could be doners regarding the sounder. Regards Rich |

Quick uodate
Tested sounder in situe on bench, not working. Removed sounder just by removing the rear cover to access solder joints. CONFIRMED DEAD! Replaced with a doner ipk sounder and all is well. I noticed a couple of electrolytics looking a little odd and tops bulging. Replaced those just in case. Regards Rich |
