Which bulb is dipped headlight

Can someone please confirm which bulb is for the dipped headlights, the one taken out through the wheel arch.
The manual says H1 but when I compare it to images on Amazon it definetly looks like a H7.
Is the manual wrong?

I see from searching other posts that it is a H7 for the dipped beam so the manual has it round the wrong way with the main beam bulbs.
