Bouncers looking sweet is good, auto finesse mint rims, you definitely want a wax and not a sealant? Plus are you aware you should let the paint cure fully for a few weeks prior to coating them, not wanting to teach you to such eggs but better to be told 100 times than 0 times

Nothing like being prepared, they will all protect against that but sealants last longer than waxes, quite expensive for initial outlay but really is great protection! Gtechniq c5 is a great sealant for long term protection

If you like waxing wheels then wheel wax is obviously great value as for about 15 quid you will get a good couple of years protection from a tub

Just my opinion.
You can spend a small fortune on specific waxes or you can do as I do these days and just keep them clean.

I spray with an alloy wheel cleaner , Astonish at about £3 a bottle, why pay more? brush in, rinse off and then use my car wax to shine and preserve.

I do use Collinite 476s and it tends to out last many of the waxes.

Thing with detailing products, in my opinion, is that there is an awful lot of snobbery. Fads come and go faster than you can poke a stick.

Best thing is to play around. Wash and clean before applying anything so that you don't scratch with the grime and enjoy the view when finished.

Did mine today nothing more fancy than Greased Lightening used as a detailer for the body and did the wheels as described above. I did use Gtechniq T1 for tyres as I like that.

Couldn't agree more with Jordan!
A good wax, sealant or coating will make cleaning a breeze, protect from dirt, chemicals and other contaminants and will keep them looking good for longer.

Another one not mentioned is car pro reload. Not expensive and works wonders on wheels, trim, rubber and paint. Versatile protection for almost everything.
