Welcome to the forums.

Easy to change ,

just pull the old one off and then start putting the new one starting at the top left hand side, pit some lub on when you come to do the part that goes down by the dash board as this has to slide on.

No more that a 5 minute job

assuming its a mk1.

Slide it back on the drivers side or forward on the passenger side. (I think if not its the otherway round)

I think that panel use clip to mount with body, do i need to remove it?? it's seem very tough to remove, I worry about I can not put it back after I put new one on.

Mk1 or pre facelift is the one with four headlights. The plastic trims fix at three points to the body work, but they are on elongated slots. you can simply pull them up and off but may damage the clips or you can apply downward pressure and silde either forward or back

The black plastic finisher at the bottom has to come off as per Stocktakes advice. clips usually break but are available.
