Access to rear sunblind
Can anyone clarify the requirements for accessing the rear sunblind motor? I’ve seen rear seat back removal, I ve also seen rear bench removal, seatbelt anchor removal and plastic side pillar removal. All necessary or just some?

yes, you need to remove both the back and the squab to get the rear shelf out. You may get away without removing totally the squab if you can just undo the centre seat belt mounting.
The two D post trims need to be removed as well to allow better access to pull the shelf out - and don't forget the three nuts securing the shelf to bodywork, for which you need to access from inside the boot. |
