Apologies but I have removed my previous message from this post as I haven't decided to sell this car. I need to be more decisive.

Hi Eddie (Keith), and welcome to the club. As a new member, you may not be aware of the guidelines the club has with regard to advertising items (including your car) for sale.

May I just take a moment to let you know that if you do intend to sell your vehicle, when advertising your items, there is a club rule which stipulates that a full asking price must be set, not an 'open to offers' price, this insures that all would-be buyers are on a level playing field, and prevents members from contesting issues over whom offered what and when, a problem when using the Private Message system.

Obviously at this stage you are only considering offering the car for sale, and testing the water so to speak, however can I request that you amend the wording of your post to reflect this, and not at this stage invite offers.

By all means, answer any members queries regarding specification and condition in this thread, but If you definately do decide to offer it for sale, can you please include an asking price.

For a full list of club rules, please take a look here Club rules

I thank you for your understanding in this matter, and appreciate that as a newly joined member, you may not, as yet, have had time to fully acquaint yourself with all things club related.

OP has changed his mind, and pulled his original post about the sale of the car. Therefore this thread is closed
