Just a quick update, my Dad collected the car (not sure what they'd done to 'fix' it) but the next day had the same problem. They ordered and programmed a new key fob and apparently it's now working fine, approx £180 in total I think.
As much as he likes the car, I think he's now looking at something newer as he and the car get older. |
