That sounds painful Ian, make sure your lady puts lots of soothing cream on it for you, unless she's like my Sophie and would just keep saying "it's your own fault"

LOL Same here, all I got was...what did you do that for! er I wasn't planning on doin' it
I was trimming the purple hazel tree, plus sampling the almost ready hazelnuts when I thought I'd reached the last step of the ladder.

What part of "a make sure you get here at 17.00hrs" isn't in plain English

Twice in a week now two peeps who I'm trying to help out (foc) think it's okay to be an hour and half or more late for an appointment for me to sort out their radios in the evening when I've been at work all bleedin' day !

I've got to pick Ros up from the nursing home at 18.30 and I've had to cancel my usual boys night Kebabs because of it.........I'm not happy, especially when in both cases these peeps are retired and have had all day to make sure they leave enough time to get here.

The other one last week rang me at 18.45 to say he had arrived in Clacton but was lost!!

I had a meal booked for my friends birthday at 19.30 and I had to tell the customer hard luck !!

Stop helping them out Jeff, simple solution for people who haven't got the manners to turn up at the right time. Some people think nothing of making others wait on them, it must be a little power thing going on in their heads or something.
