A Pleasant Chance Meeting Yesterday Afternoon
Had a very nice drive out to Whitby and Ruswarp yesterday with my sister.
In Whitby, a rather nice BRG 75 flashed and waved as we passed each other, and I returned the greeting. I noted the reg no ending in ROV. After our ice cream from Trillos on Westcliff, we decided to go back to a garden centre in Ruswarp we had earlier been in for another coffee, as I had thrown my first one all over the grass Pulling in, there, parked up, was the BRG 75 I had greeted earlier. Of course, I had to park next to them to say hello. The next half hour was spent chatting with David and Helen on all things 75. A really pleasant couple, how nice it was to meet them. We really are a breed apart we 75/zt owners. |

Hello Heather
I just wanted to say how delighted Helen and I were to meet you and your sister yesterday. How nice to meet people with common interests, particularly 75s! They don't come any better! Your car is a lovely example, and I believe there may be another copperleaf one in Whitby, whom I have waved at a couple of times in the past......or perhaps it was you! Best wishes, David |
