I recently had the same issues (MG ZS180 KV6). Managed to bend the clip back in to shape, held on to the o rings and spacer but wanted to renew the o rings.

Sorry, I read the OP. As maybe previously mentioned I think the clip comes as part of the fuel rail. Maybe best looking out for a second hand rail. Otherwise some of the Dorman fuel line retaining clips look similar but it would be a long shot if they fit. Also a jaguar one which looks similar. Might be worth trying to check measurements.
