If you still want to do it you'll need to join together pins 2 & 3 on the trinary switch, that's the black and yellow/grey wires, with the engine running. Make sure that you don't choose the grey/yellow wire by mistake. Simon

Replying to the comment by Vitesse regarding the hidden brackets behind the inlet manifold. They sure are well hidden, a real pain to remove the screws. I imagine it will be even worse to refit them. The question is whether they are necessary to support the manifold.
On my earlier model there were no brackets, a lot easier to remove the manifold.

Replying to Vitesse’s comment regarding the hidden brackets behind the inlet manifold. They certainly are well hidden, what a pain of a job to remove, probably even more difficult to refit them. Any advice?
