Default MOT Failure …..Yet again

MOT Failure …..Yet again
The tourer has failed again! what a surprise.
Repair immediately (major defects)
- Offside front power steering pipe / hose leaking (2.1.5(a))
- Central rear engine mount damaged or deteriorated resulting in excessive movement (6.1.8(a)(i))
Monitor and repair if necessary (advisories)
-Front oil leak, nut not excessive (8.4.1 (a)(i))

I do a lot of my repairs, but this tourer has nearly 250k miles on and everything is blathered down there. I’m getting sick to death of this car every year is fails.
Is it worth it I keep asking myself?
This might be the end of the road this time.
