Default medion pc drivers

Evening Peeps,
My aunt has brought me round a poorly lappy which she has been given off another family member but without the original drivers and is a bit "wobbly"
I have formatted it ok but I have conflicts in the device manager.
I have no display adaptors to check but in retrospect I have these issues which kind of make sense.....

Other devices :
Multimedia audio controller
PCI modem
USB controller
Video controller

The model is a MD2592 and the only site I have found bar medions requires payment !!

Is there an all in one type of download I can borrow from somewhere ?

Muchos gracias

If you have Windows installed Microsoft often have their own proprietary drivers that seem to sort and run most things (until a better one is found, that is )

If you have access to the internet via the laptop then run Windows Update and see if it finds drivers for you to download.

Do you know what motherboard the lapton has in it? Because often the manufacture of said motherboard will do drivers for PCI and USB.

Is that for the modem si ? I have connected a spur of the router and it tells me it is unplugged.I know the router and cabling is ok as our lappy uses it.
