Default Fancy the "Torque Pro" app FREE or any android app?

Searched to see if there has been any mention of this already and I can't see any.
Google has a survey app that lets your earn Google play credit.
I won't put any credit cards on my phone.
I've just got it and first survey was earned 50p. Couple of days and I'll have Torque Pro ready for when my Bluetooth OBD arrives.

EDIT: the following post turned out to be untrue! surprise eh!

And guess what....your car isn't OBD compliant in any way shape or form, so you will be able to read nothing whatsoever from it once you get it set up

Shame eh?

I wonder how much info they glean from the participation? in the app world you get nothing for nothing. I think I will pay for it. for all of its cost, my privacy is worth a lot more than the 2.99 I would save.

As I understand it just before 2004 it can be hit and miss but my wifes BMW should be fine. Its £3.33 anyway, not a princely sum for me even.

does it embed anything on your device, like tracking cookie? I do hate to have various 'suggested ' websites or items I may be interested in. in your case, ads for mobile personal groomers alongside genital prosthetics could appear on certain websites as you browse.

I hope they pay the 17p change into your bank account though.

It's not hit and miss, if you car is fitted with an NNN500340 ECM it is compliant, if it is fitted with NNN100720 or NNN100692 it's not

So as yours is fitted with an NNN100720, so it's not compliant
