Angry Changing Lower Arm & Bush.

Rover V6 2001, I have bought a new lower arm and rear bush and for the left front side and planned to do the change out myself. I have the use of a lift and have had a look at what the workshop manual instructions say for removing the lower arm. The problem is being able to get access to the two bolts that hold the rear bush to the sub-frame. How do get a spanner or socket into the limited space without lowering the sub-frame ?

Thanks for the reference on the rear bush changing, I'll take another look at it with regards to that info but it's obviously a difficult job anyway.
