Lucky break
Clutch went , even worse when towed to garage and stripped DMF required replacing.
Head ache, Heartache, How much??? Remembered after buying car a year ago that in April 2010 I took out a warrantydirect policy, pulled it out of the draw called and was told clutches not covered, initial thought OMG, I then asked about the DMF oh yes this is covered. There is a god called ROVER. Total bill £1177 warrantydirect will pay £569.25, the policy was £300 what agreat result. Looking forward to another 100,000 miles of motoring in total comfort.Happy xmas all |

That was VERY lucky mate, nice one. The 2.0 isnt hard on clutches, just the drivers can be lol, so it might even do more than that!
