Terrible news
I had some terrible news earlier today.
Sadly one of my colleagues was killed on Friday afternoon in an RTA. Stevie was a keen biker, he had Friday off work and went for a run in the Highlands. Sadly he came round a corner and hit a tourist mobile home that was doing a u turn. I'm still taking it in TBH. I'm going to take a run up to lay some flowers at the scene - feels the right thing to do. Take care guys, none of us knows what the future holds. Rest in piece big guy |

I remember Woodgoat a member who was killed on his BMW motorcycle by a drunken motorist in South Africa on a mountain road and it was head-on. I saw his bike, something I will never forget Villy’s bike from the accident, flash backs. He was an MG ZT enthusiast and he was a dear friend. In the midst of life, there is death. RIP |

Sad news, life is terribly short and fragile, I had a cousin killed 30 years ago this month on a motorbike, think about him whenever I drive along that stretch of road, as I am sure my aunt and uncle do too as it’s half a mile from their house.
Live in the moment and enjoy whatever you do, it’ll be tough for a while |
