Default just bought a 75 tourer

hi
I've just arranged to buy a 2003 75 tourer advertised on here by Raydar. I would like to thank Windslore for going to see it on my behalf as I am stuck in the middle of France trying to finish off a house renovation. I have been looking on the internet every day for 9 months, this one immediately struck me as the one to buy, it popped up on my recent birthday. I'm not a person who likes to buy from the trade, I have always preferred to deal privately. I intend to use the expertise of the forum to get it in an as new condition. I am an old diyer, its one of my hobbies it will replace the building work I have been fully occupied with in recent years. It will not just be a sunday car it will have to earn its keep during the week. Thanks again to Winslore (john) and Rayday (ray).

Excellent - I'm a recent convert to 75 Tourdom. I'm taking ours down to the Lot et Garonne in about three week's time for a fortnight so will give it a bit of a work out Whereabouts in France are you? (if you don't mind me asking...)

I love my tourer. Had a few. Would be lost without the space.

Challenger, we are in the Limousin, 20 mins north of limoges near lake de st Pardoux. I am going back to the uk shortly but will be back on 29th july. Am away for 3 nights around 6,7,8 of august. You can pop in if its convenient for a brew, give me a pm if your return date is when I will be here. Won't have the rover for a couple of weeks until dvlc do there change of registration work, then it has to stay in the uk, won't really be driving it much until after march as we are gallivanting a lot in southern hemisphere. I can wait its a long term investment.
