Xtrons sound cuts out

Started having an issue where the sound on my Xtrons unit keeps cutting out, then randomly comes back on.

I often hear a 'click' in the speakers when it goes off, as if there is a short or something?

Anybody had this problem?

Update today, I tried the reset pin button on the front if the unit still no joy.

I ended up going into the advanced menus and I factory reset the device.

And the sound was working again !

However after about an hour of testing , the sound cut out again

Eh well.. was working fine until my mate connected his phone via Bluetooth the other day!, that was when problem started, but could have been totally unrelated.
