Green Rover 75 on M61 Hard Shoulder
On my way to work on monday morning at around 8am saw a green 75 on m61 hard shoulder between junction 4 and 5 with hazards flashing so i take it you'd broken down. I'd of stopped to see if i could help but i was late for work.
