As far as I am aware the rear light clusters whether original or facelift are the same. Rear bumpers and loadspace door trim were changed but the lights weren't other than the fronts.

ENDED UP REALISING IT REALLY ISN'T PRACTICAL NOT HAVING A CAR TO GET AROUND AND I NOW OWN A VW EOS 3.2 V6 INDIVIDUAL (1 OF 20 REMAINING IN THE UK WITH THAT ENGINE AND TRIM COMBO) EVEN THOUGH I STILL LIVE ON A BUSY ROAD WITHOUT A DRIVE

The tourer and ZT-T were different, but in shade/colour only. As long as both sides match, I don't mind either anyway.

Yeah I'm not too bothered either, if a darker lens is preferred then some tint tape or spray can always be applied later...myself would like some lighter ones as my current ones are way too dark (according to the only police car to pull me up about them even though they have been fitted for quite a while and no other following police car has stopped me )....
