I have a question for the experts; My registration is K13COU which I have had for a couple of years now,

I want to swap it onto my new Rover, I have the receipt for the purchase of the plate from DVLA and it is currently registered on my 75 in my name

Now I have heard it is £80 to transfer the number, but what do I need to do? and someone suggested I need the Certificate of Ownership? (never had one of these)

Any advise please

Spotted this one just yesterday passing through the caravan site I'm on.

666 DYE.

I remember at one time all 666 numbers were withheld because of superstition.
Mind you superstition went out the window when DVLA found they could make a mint out of selling plates.
