I know this car well. I have photos of it when it was in shell form.

Was a high mileage lpg car that was in Scotland owned by Jimmie Biggun who some might know, it got traded in at an American car specialist place in stoke for a Chevy I think. It was then bought by bespoke auto developments in Chesterfield who needed it for the loom and ECU and associated bits. It was then used in a Jenson interceptor that they were rebuilding.

They had bought all MGR V8's stuff ups with the idea to do "new" interceptors. Until Charles Dunston and the Jensons owners club got wind. They were moving to new smaller premises and sold loads of V8 bits that they had left on ebay. This was one.

It was sold with a front stuff up and used rear stuff up but no loom ecu etc. I have photos of the car in bits at Chesterfield as I went to see it and bought loads of V8 bits and was offered the car.

I viewed this v8 and oh my there's a lot missing !!!
I'm very interested in buying it , not sure it'll ever get back on the road as there so much v8 specific items that are missing , but I'm hoping over the years I could collect the parts it needs

Or put a more powerful V8 in there, the lack of loom means a carbed engine would be an easy choice.

This would be another option to get it going https://www.holley.com/products/fuel.../parts/550-616

Put the loom out of the other MG in to get the rest working. Would be a lot of work but if you could get it for a lot less than he is asking could be a project.
