I think that the first post leaves, or needs an imaginative mind. If you could clarify please. Are you on about ‘dirty’ diesel cars by way of their bodywork? Or do you mean that they were blowing smoke out of their exhaust’s? Your post leaves me in a fork. Which way do I go?

I dont clean my car because all that water wasted and those nasty chemicals going down the drain.
I drive a 2.5 5 cylinder car that does 22 mpg and costs £320 to tax but its not a dirty diesel so I can sleep at night.

Well I have a "Dirty" Diesel and I have no problem sleeping at night or day
