Default Eurocarparts Klarius deal.

Just thought I would let everyone know that I've just ordered a cat back exhaust system for £154 delivered for my 190 zt.
I thought that was a good deal as it is a Klarius system too.
Anyway..... smug gloating over.... maybe someone will benefit too .

Something about counting chickens comes to mind when Eurocarparts / Carparts4less is mentioned.

https://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/for....php?p=2675471 posts 2 & 3.

Perhaps not too bad to be let down if you're in UK but for my daughter it turned-out to be expensive. Hesitant to use them again.

Regards

well I've just ordered a front down pipe and cat for my ZT from eurocarpart and according to the illustration it looked the right one, only when the garage went to fit it yesterday did I find out that it wasn't the correct one as it only had holes for two sensors and not the three it should had.

This still leaves me with no car and I've got to sort out returning the cat that I've got that doesn't fit.

I ordered an exhaust system for my Mitsubishi 4x4 from ECP. I knew as soon as the delivery driver opened his van that it was completely wrong, but he couldn't take it back. So I returned it via my nearest depot - 30 miles away!

In my case I wouldn’t have minded if they’d put up their hands and said there was an accident in the warehouse but we’ll send another tomorrow. Accidents happen and one day wouldn’t have mattered. But instead they blamed the carrier DHL saying the damage happened in transit. In a rare act DHL said they don’t normally comment but as they had been blamed told me the original order never left the warehouse.

In fact Carparts4less did send another silencer, but kept this a secret from even their own chat staff and of course me the customer. So after the weekend I was advised of another DHL delivery from Carparts4less, but not knowing that another was on its way, had already sourced a replacement locally. I refused delivery of the secret, second non-communicated silencer.

Lies, dishonesty, blaming others, non-communication are the factors that influence my decision whether to buy from them again - a single hands-up accident is easily forgiven the other lesser qualities not so. So now I rate Carparts4less in the same useless box as Mr.Auto who accept an order but two weeks later say the item is no longer in stock.

I hope the OP gets his good deal and it fits, but I wouldn’t bet on it.

Regards

I paid £120 for my cat back klarius exhaust 18 months ago from ecp and I really really wish I'd paid the extra and gone for a stainless.
