Eco Drive...
Has anybody tried the Eco Drive fuel saving device on their R75? I have been reading all the hype about it but i'm a bit dubious.

These have been around for years..........all a load of bunkum.
A friend of mine tried to set up a business selling them..... I agreed to try one and if it worked I'd pay him. It didn't LOL |

Eco drive....
Thought as much, the ad I saw was charging £49.99 but on amazon/ebay they were being sold for £3 if it was that good it would be only from reputable retailers and very expensive.

Not this rubbish again.... what really hacks me off is the fact that the plonkers that are making and marketing this crud aren't being regulated or scrutinised in any way, all smoke 'n' mirrors and they prey on people that just don't know any better.
You would think this kind of product would be heavily scrutinised by trading standards. These things have been 'done to death' and still they come back with the MK2 version that's just as s**t as the first. |

If it was such a wonderful way of improving fuel economy, don’t you think that manufacturers would fit them as standard and then be able to claim fantastic MPG figures ?

Humans are naturally greedy, and that is what these people ‘plug’ into. Something for nothing syndrome. I know you pay in the first place, but when you have been told all the piffle about saving this and that, you go for it. Snake oil and all its constituents comes to mind.

As these items don't do anything useful. there only thing you can glean from the fifth Gear Video is that their measuring method probably wasn't that consistent ..

How will they recoup all the R&D and marketing budgets that had been spent to get these little miracles to the market, so we can all rush out and gain all those free miles ............

Just put 18" wheels on the back and 15" on the front and you will be driving downhill all the time!
