Agree with that Steve and some lazy gits don't wash or clear their belongings out before taking photos of their car for sale.

Getting a car valeted and polished inside & out can double the sale price in some cases

They don't clean them because they don't want you to see how bad the wheels are underneath the crud.

Jules that is one of my pet peeves. How much effort does it take to just pick-up a coke can or take the drink out of the holder for a photo. Another is leaving it with no petrol in so the light is on. When I have sold a car no matter how cheap, I cleaned it and always left enough petrol in it to be not to be on the yellow as a courtesy for the person buying.

Cleanliness of cars and wheels doesn't bother some people. I'm one of them, wouldn't put me off in the slightest. In fact you can get some bargain priced stuff because people overlook it because there's a bit of dirt on it.

Some of my spare unions are in the garden, where the little terrors are using them as seats

The littlest one likes to 'fix' them with his toy tool set.

As for the advert the dirt puts me off. I recently bought a set of meteors that are in need of a refurb, but at least you could see the curbing as the seller had cleaned them.
