how much does it cost to replace the camshaft pulley and belts on a connoiseur diesel automatic 75

Nothing - it doesn't have cam belts.

The cam is chain driven on the diesel

If you mean the auxiliary drive belt and I wonder if you also mean the crankshaft pulley, cost of parts and a couple hours labour but also think about replacing AC belt and tensioner too
