Default Just saw this video on how to remove a radiator

https://youtu.be/24dL-8n72Pk

Just watched this video on how to remove a radiator, not like I don't know but, I wouldn't follow this guy's instructions to much, look at how he disconnected the Aircon. Anybody disconnecting the Aircon like that standing in front of that pipe with an air-conditioning system that is fully gassed is going have it blow straight out in front of them.

Not only that but a responsible dismantler would not be letting the gas out into the environment.

Only thought I would put this up in case any New members don't know how to remove a radiator just be careful not to do this, especially if some members replace their fan and try to disconnect the Aircon like that.

Rather than crack that bolt off, you could simply cut around the Cowling, and then you don't need to remove the bolt

I hope he was scrapping this car, no care with any of the hoses. I also thought you were supposed to collect antifreeze as well as refrigerant.

Sure is illegal, you're supposed to draindown the antifreeze correctly and retain it, the same with the R134a refrigerant

Maybe the title of that video should've been how not to remove a radiator on a Rover 75

He's an old favorite from here. I have taken to never buying any part from a 30 mile radius of where he is based. He must have had half a dozen different names on here and about the same on ebay.

Takes great pleasure is flaunting breaking good cars to get a rise out of us and never a moment goes by when he does not slag this place off.

Never deal with him buy from some of the brilliant traders on here instead. I would love to say what I really think of him but the filter on here would make it pointless

Well I hope I'm one of those brilliant traders I certainly don't break good cars if I can keep them on the road I've put plenty back on the road and currently have one for sale in the members cars section for sale, I also try to sell any parts as cheap as possible because I know just how expensive being a motorist is.
