Looking at eBay for the price of Thule feet.
Old version worth nothing, new version gets lots of bids.
The difference as far as I can tell, new version has locks in the feet, old version has locks at the bars which prevents theft.

Is it that the new version is listed in the Thule application list and the old one is no longer listed, is it locks at the feet, is it just because its the new version.

Old or new, both fit the Thule bars.

Me, I'd go for the cheapest but then I already have bars and locks.

I've just got feet for the Tourer and can use the bars from my previous saloon so save a bit of money.
