MR Waffler
David Davies will shortly be exposing himself for what he is, a Waffler. No negotiating position has yet to be filed for the UK! It doesn't bode well.

First day headlines are talking of DD caving in to EU demands to sort out Brexit first, so much for all his bravado.

As someone who voted Remain, and stills believes in Remain, I am watching these early exchanges with much interest.
I remember well the Leave argument going along the lines of "the EU Must and Have to make a deal with us" Hmmmm. Sky news just reporting that DD has conceded the EU timetable for negotiations. So far it's EU 1 UK 0, with EU scoring the early goal. Interesting times ahead. |

The problem is not with the topics it's with those contributors who start getting personal with each other. They spoil it for the majority.

I take it there is now no appetite for discussing Brexit. It will descend into farce and humiliation for the UK government, both in its negotiations with the EU and in Parliament. Nevertheless trying to pursue the will of the people will have to be played out. Perhaps in two years time when most people realise it's a disastrous course of action to take, they will be forced to have another referendum.

I've said it before, I will say it again.
It wont happen!! The "we know what's best for you" brigade will find a way to weasel out of it, either that or water it down until its meaningless. |

Brexit won't happen?
I would think if there was a second referendum in a couple of years time, it would go the other way. |

There will be a second referendum. The brainwashing and propaganda didnt quite work last time. Brexit will be delayed until they judge that the plebs are suficiantly terrified to do as they are told, at which point a second "fair and free vote" will be staged
