Presumably one could fit the heated version wired to rear screen or mirrors?

I fitted the heated BMW version, looks almost the same as original, have a far superior fan spray, and wire in the same way to the same type of plug as fitted to the 75 loom..........unsurprisingly

The connector is easy enough to find too
