Default New Old stock Rad (PCC000960/PCC000960SLP)

Anyone got any spare new old stock rads?

Dimensions on the Chinese ones are all over the place, some almost as thin as the A/C condenser, others 5/6mm thicker than OE.

Thanks.

Might be interesting... I just ordered a rad for the 1800t-T. I'll compare dimensions carefully.

Bolts for condenser brackets wont be long enough to fit through. You will need to source others.

M5 0.5/fine pitch, 50mm or thereabouts.

I didn't order through Rimmers - too expensive at £150. Especially if it's not even to spec.

What brand/p/n did you go for? OE spec is 32mm core.

Rimmers sell OE Rover ones part no 961. With all the zeroes before it. From memory they sell for about £180 inc vat if you want OE Rover you will need to pay the price. It would cost you more to have a new core, tanks and end plates made.

As stated before, the ones they have in stock are much thicker than the original items.
