Default Summer Meets in North East

Have been thinking of this for a couple of weeks now, and somebody else mentioned that is would be a good idea.

The train of thought would be to have a meet once a month, meeting up at about 1900 hrs on the third wednesday of the month at a designed location, somewhere like (an example would be the Talpore Pub), which is located on the Tees Barrage,

http://teesbarrage.co.uk/pictures

or somewhere else like one of the large pubs with a good car park, where we could get together.

Another option would be to meet at the metro centre, but not the current car park, but the one near McDonalds, and Pizza Hut, have a bite to eat and a chin wag for a couple of hours.

What do all the NE members think, is it a good idea, or are you just happy to go once a month to the metro on a Sunday

Stu

Default Summer Meets

Richard

It would most probably be on a Wednesday Night during the Summer Months, making the most of the good weather, when we could meet up at a suitable location for either a beer, or a bite to eat, and have a chin wag together, more of a social gathering for all the lads in the North East, for some it would be very close, then on the next meet it would be a little bit of a drive to get the location decided.

Similar to what the VW scene do, or maybe even find a suitable cafe, and just pop along and have a coffee, and a chat
