Evening all
What a lovely day it's been although a bit blowy, sunshine and blue skies from sunrise to sunset. Been replacing the worn out pieces of wood that passed as a fence with a nice 3' picket style, only 3 x 6' lengths and 4 posts so nice little job even for this old boy and this lovely Fenland soil makes for easy hole digging.
Bit of a blast for the past for dinner tonight boiled pressed tongue with mash...mmm

Thank you Jeff for posting
That ring-necked dove is in beautiful condition.--I've been breeding them now for over ten years.--I have a dozen at the moment with two youngsters just two weeks old.

They have the most wonderful Golden eyes.

Sometimes things just go properly pear shaped.....

It should have been F-in-L's cremation tomorrow morning. Everything set up for the day. Family from up North coming down etc.

Unfortunately, M-in-L fell this afternoon and has broken her hip. Taken to hospital by ambulance.

We have, fortunately, been able to cancel the cremation but trying to find out what is happening with M-in-L is proving impossible.

Roll on tomorrow.

Cool

Evening everyone.

Been a funny old day.

No motivation at all. Managed to get to the Post Office to send stuff off. Then came home. And haven’t been out since. Early night tonight with no whisky, just a cup of tea.

Cool

Good morning everyone.

Ah! That’s better, slept all night. Feeling a whole lot better this morning.

Back into town then onto Tesco’s and home via the butchers to top up my meat supply.

Woke up yesterday with headache, snotty nose and a cough. Uh - oh! We had got some test kits in "just in case" so took a test last night - negative! I've never been so happy to have a stinker of a cold! Phew! Missus took one too as she had been out shopping in Norwich and is also negative. We think that we are positive that they were negative! We followed "orders" and reported the negative tests on the NHS website. What a task that is, giving all your details, shirt size and inside leg measurement!!! Not surprised that a lot of people don't bother. Keep on trucking.

Good news on your negative results......Now it's time to keep warm and hydrated and get yourselves back to full match fitness

Good Morning Everyone!

Nice Blue skies in Edinburgh today, just settling down to doing some work after the mad rush of Mother in Law Getting the kids ready to take to school!

Busy day in store with meeting on teams with my manager later today, looking forward to finishing so I can get out in the 75 for a drive!
